Testimonials

The sense of freedom felt euphoric! I brought the principles and this new-found awareness into my own work, as an artist, especially in times when self doubt and insecurities kicked in, to support my creative process and deep healing.

Actress, Julia Juhas Toronto

Elizabeth helped me to re-balance, and experience new ways of moving to improve my self practise.

Leo Calabrese Toronto

A wonderful and sensitive teacher, I highly recommend.

Gillian Canvin Toronto

As a wheelchair person that does Pilates on a regular basis, I found the Kinaesthetic Movement (one-on-one) a fantastic method for opening up my body and mind. I highly recommend Elizabeth.

Carol Dey Vancouver, BC

Elizabeth’s approach feels unlike anything else I’ve tried to strengthen and stabilise my hypermobility. She helped me increase awareness of muscle, bone and ligament, and ways for enhancing my self practise.

Emre Kocak Turkey

As an actor I have had a lot of experience with movement and voice coaches, and rarely have I seen someone with as acute an eye as Elizabeth. She is a Master of her Craft.

Dan Mousseau, Soulpepper Theatre

It has given me chance to stop and relax, although i feel the reflection will come later. Encouraged me to return to Yoga. New faces, new sharings, and all so good for the soul. A retreat and location to be cherished with great therapists and treatments. Two simple words, ‘Thank You.'

Jill Haynes, London, England

Elizabeth takes time and care in every session to tailor to what you need. She helped me learn specific movements for Scoliosis and exercises to relieve pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Georgie Stables, London,UK

Her creative process in movement had a magnetic effect drawing on primary frequencies in my music. She worked like a conductor in reverse - I was able to see a visual blueprint to my songs that allowed me to further interpret them on a kinetic level.

Ejji Smith, Toronto

I had been suffering from a shoulder injury that working with an RMT did not resolve. After 2 sessions, my pain level had deeply diminished and my range of motion had increased remarkably. I highly recommend Elizabeth White Studio.
