ABOUT ELIZABETH

Elizabeth is passionate about experiential learning. She is a facilitator and teacher with a pedagogy geared for alleviating stress, nurturing the self, gaining body appreciation, and/or Kinaesthetic practise.
She facilitates professional artists, actors and musicians, has taught in Physiotherapy clinics, Pilates and Yoga studio’s, and worked with Parkinson’s, hypermobility, and a broad range of pathologies.
Elizabeth has been teaching for many years in London, Mexico, Turkey, Europe and North America. Collaborating with Alexander Teachers, health practitioners, and Art therapists. She is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
