“As a wheelchair person who practises Pilates on a regular basis, I found the Kineasthetic Movement (one-on-one) a fantastic method for opening up, mind and body. I highly recommend Elizabeth”
Carol Dey, Vancouver BC
Drawing on primary frequencies, in my music, Elizabeth worked like a conductor in reverse manifesting an electrical current through body, movement, space and emotion. I was able to see avisual blueprint to my songs that allowed me to further interpret them on a Kinetic level.
This new-found awareness I brought into my work, as an artist, to support my creative process and healing.
Her professional expertise helped me condition muscles I didn’t know existed.
As an actor I have had a lot of experience with movement, and voice coaches, and rarely do I experience anyone with as an acute eye as Elizabeth. She is a Master of her Craft.
Elizabeth couples movement with the power of Science for physical and emotional needs. She’s an energy healer, as much as she is a miracle worker.
Elizabeth helped me to re-balance and experience new ways of moving.
Elizabeth's approach feels unlike anything else I've tried to strengthen and stabilise my hypermobility. She helped me increase awareness of muscle, bone, and ligament, and ways for enhancing my self practise.
I feel more in touch with my body and spirit and much more open to my feelings and those of others.
Good for the soul
Elizabeth skilfully facilitated making our retreat a memorable experience.
Elizabeths attention to detail, and understanding of how to tailor each session, to improve my posture, change habits, and meet my holistic needs, was immensely reassuring. I benefitted enormously from our time together, both physically and mentally. I was saddened when she left London and moved to Canada'.
A wonderful and sensitive teacher, I highly recommend.
