‘To me, the body says what words cannot’.

Martha Graham

The practice explores space, weight and shape of the bones cultivating awareness, form and moving with ease.

Experiential movement and anatomy stimulate fluidity, autonomy and embodiment, shedding away outer tension making space for spontaneity to unfold without force and/or judgement.

Sensory learning in movement and stillness supports different contexts, creative projects, and personal processes.

Elizabeth’s approach is grounded in anatomy, Laban, Gestalt, kinaesthetic and experiential movement.

‘I was feeling blocked creatively. She asked me to sing the first song that came to my mind after I had already been moving through space in a myriad of ways. I could not believe how free my voice felt. It was the first time, in a long time, I felt truly tapped into my artist – my body was moving through space without me thinking about it and singing so effortlessly.

The sense of freedom felt euphoric! While working with Elizabeth I discovered a deeper awareness of my body and the potential of movement, how it can release deeply rooted pain you might not even know was there. I took the principles and new found awareness into my work as an artist, especially when self sabotage and insecurities kicked in, to support my healing and creative process.’
