A simple technique, a powerful self help tool with proven scientific results for healing supporting the whole person.

EFT helps a range of ailments, imbalances and negative emotional states including: Depression, eating disorders, insomnia, trauma, chronic pain, addiction, phobias, body tension, panic attacks, fear and/or anything that is blocking recovery and self awareness.

It has a calming effect on the nervous system; the results allow negative emotions to release and restore a positive belief system. Working with acupuncture points, it combines a tapping technique with NLP, breath work and energy psychology to support brain recovery and/or rewiring.

EFT is an empowering self help tool for all abilities and all people, enhancing personal development, and new awareness. 

Each session can last anywhere between 1-2 hours.
