EFT is a simple self help technique with proven scientific results for healing. It has a calming effect on the nervous system; the results allow negative emotions to release and restore a positive belief system.
Somatic movement encourages listening to the internal emotional self and nurturing interconnectedness that can bring a sense of calm, and/or relief from tension.
