Breath-work can help unravel tension and help to unpack holding patterns.

EFT is a simple self help technique with proven scientific results for healing. It has a calming effect on the nervous system; the results allow negative emotions to release and restore a positive belief system.

Somatic movement encourages listening to the internal emotional self and nurturing interconnectedness that can bring a sense of calm, and/or relief from chronic pain if/when incorporated into daily life.

Elizabeth works with simple and effective tools. Her intuitive nature encourages each individual to explore tools that resonate with one’s own body.
