Each session facilitates personal growth to support the mind and body in a healthy and coherent way. One &/or all of the modalities may be used.
Gestalt emphasizes the importance of being present and aware of immediate thought’s, feelings and behaviors, the physical, mental and emotional. Elizabeth meets the client through active participation which may involve drawing, sound, dance, talking, and/or other creative dialogue.
Breath-work can help unravel deep emotional wounds and/or injury. Breathing techniques may be used to help with shock, holding patterns, and/or release tension.
EFT is a simple self help technique with proven scientific results for healing, and supporting the whole person. EFT has a calming effect on the nervous system; the results allow negative emotions to release and restore a positive belief system.
Somatic movement encourages listening to the internal emotional self and nurturing interconnectedness that can bring a sense of calm, and/or relief from chronic pain if/when incorporated into daily life.
Elizabeth works with simple and effective tools. Her intuitive nature encourages taking responsibility for one’s own healing journey.
